> We are pleased to host in this issue the interview with Piero Tosi, a fellow real estate agent who has been present for several years with his Real Estate Agency in Busto Arsizio and for several years with the L'Immobiliare.com brand

> Mr. Tosi, you have significant experience in the real estate sector. How did your career as a Real Estate Agent start? Have you always worked in the Busto Arsizio square?
I remember in 2003, almost immediately after taking the exam for the business and real estate brokerage license exam in Varese, I had the pleasure of getting to know the brand and the Grimaldi family through a collaborator who had frequented me the certification course. My first experience in the real estate brokerage sector was in Saronno, at the Grimaldi agency. From there the desire to be an entrepreneur was born in me and therefore to open my own real estate agency in the city where I grew up: Busto Arsizio.

> How has the structure of your agency and consequently your activity as a real estate agent evolved over the years?
This year I have reached 15 years of activity. At the beginning we were two partners then due to personal changes I was left alone. Subsequently, there were moments in which several collaborators came to my office and, as in all activities, someone stayed and continued to work with me, while others chose different paths. Today my agency is certainly appreciated and we have sincere feedback from both customers and colleagues, even from other brands, who often collaborate with us.

> What were the reasons that led you to choose to join the Grimaldi family network?
Personally I believe it was the fact of having strong values in common such as the search for maximum transparency and fairness both towards customers and colleagues as well as the awareness of belonging to a family that made the history of the national real estate market .

An imprinting that certainly started from Rag. Augusto Grimaldi who, from what little I knew him, was an incredible person who fully reflected these characteristics.

Not an easy answer… today everyone is good at showing their medals and saying I do this, or I do that. The difference is made by the person, the "Consultant" who takes the customer by the hand and accompanies him in all the difficult choices that must be made to buy or sell a property.
For us who work in the sector, many things are simple or obvious, but let's remember that the customer very often faces the sale only once in a lifetime. > How do you see the real estate market in your area going forward?
A little sore button. Today in big cities (Milan, Rome, Florence, Turin, etc.) there are, at least from what I hear from my colleagues, encouraging signs of recovery… Finally!
Of course I live the reality of a provincial town but despite this this year there have already been more positive moments compared to recent years.
I am moderately optimistic, I believe that the market will improve in quality, but the values will remain fairly stable therefore it will be difficult to obtain the results of the "golden" years, also because dear colleagues, we must be honest and admit that the real estate values of the early 2000s they were outrageously tall.
